Apple has officially opened Apple BKC and started a new chapter in its India story. Apple CEO Tim Cook opened the doors amidst great fanfare. Located at the Jio World Drive mall in the Bandra Kurla Complex area, this is the first Apple Store to open its doors to Indian customers. Apple does offer a program where buyers can exchange their old iPhones, Mac, iPad for a new one. The Trade In program is also available at Apple BKC. Everyday at Apple BKC, the company will host “Today at Apple” sessions, which will be held by professionals, creators, or Apple employees. These sessions will also have workshops led by artists, photographers and other creative professionals.

The ‘most’ sustainable Apple Store

Apple BKC has dedicated solar array and zero reliance on fossil fuels for store operations. The store is operationally carbon neutral, running on 100 percent renewable energy.
